Why have confirmed service appointments ? My 8:30 appointment was not honored. Instead, vehicle wasn't serviced until several hours later.

Got me into the right truck for my needs

I was very pleased with the service at Marty's GMC especially with Steve Bent and his knowledge of the vehicle and sales process. However, I was very disappointed with GMC and the lack of features like auto heat and AC. I was informed of the power seat and tailgate feature not being there on this model, but i just assumed it would be there on a vehicle in this price range. plus, a couple of other features like overhead sunglass compartment garage door opener. If I had known I may not have bought a GMC as I did not want to go to a more expensive model. I feel the customer disappointment is not worth the cost for those items. I had many other vehicles to choose from
