My first experience with Marty’s was nothing but positive. I appreciated being able to communicate by text for the majority of my sale due to a busy schedule. There was a closer dealership I could have gone to but am glad I chose Marty’s and look forward to future business there.

I was very pleased with the service at Marty's GMC especially with Steve Bent and his knowledge of the vehicle and sales process. However, I was very disappointed with GMC and the lack of features like auto heat and AC. I was informed of the power seat and tailgate feature not being there on this model, but i just assumed it would be there on a vehicle in this price range. plus, a couple of other features like overhead sunglass compartment garage door opener. If I had known I may not have bought a GMC as I did not want to go to a more expensive model. I feel the customer disappointment is not worth the cost for those items. I had many other vehicles to choose from

Ihsane is a great guy. He was very helpful, professional and easy to work with. It was great he was highly responsive via email. The service team was fantastic. I purchased an accessory that needed installation and they were able to accommodate a short request to get the item installed before I picked up the new vehicle.

Our sales person, Paul Malley, was terrific. The best if all he "Listens " to what we wanted in a vehicle. He suggested the GMC Canyon Elevation . It had everything we were looking for and then some.
